I had no idea about high tea's origins.<br /><br />Both kinds of tea meal sound delicious to me, though reading this makes me crave scones and cream.<br /><br />Something I've always wondered: did tea leaves originally have less caffeine? Or is it a British thing to be able to sleep after drinking it all day?
